“Without Rapping One Song For a Year, I Will Still Be Good”- Phyno Says He Has a Core Fan Base.

Popular Nigerian Indigenous rapper, Chibuzor Nelson Azubike professionally known by his stage name Phyno, has revealed that he can stay a whole year without rapping and will still be supported by his fans.

In his interview with a media personality, Ehiz also known as Dadaboy, Phyno revealed that he has built a core fan base in the eastern part and also from the west too.

In his words he said;

When you talk about music, I already have a core fan base.

I can stay a whole year without dropping one music and am still good.

Speaking further on the interview, Phyno made it known that he has graduated from those days he used to be making zero figure, and now he is making over 9 figures.

He gave credits to rappers like Olamide and Reminisce, regarding them as his family in the west.

However, fans has taken to social media to talk about the rapper, a twitter user with the username @uncleajala, has taken to the micro blogging platform to start up a debate saying that Olamide played a good role in the fame making of Phyno.

He further stated that, fans should appreciate the work of Olamide when it comes to raising others in the music industry. He mentioned Naira Marley, Lil Kesh Adenkule Gold, Fireboy DML including Phyno as those who owe their successful music career to Olamide.
